The second comeback to Partizan Belgrade in the 2014/2015 brought an additional value to Milan Mačvan, who proved something tremendously important, coming from inside. He was amazing on the court, voted as the MVP of the Serbian Superleague Playoffs. That's why the owner of EA7 Olimpia Milan, Mr. Giorgio Armani, wanted to bring him to the most historical and winner Italian club, together with the head coach Jasmin Repesa, who always loved smart players.

On July 15th, 2015, it came the official announcement of the two-year contract signed, and the Communications Director Claudio Limardi wrote that... He had the destiny written in his name. The Italian city was a perfect destination for Milan and Ana, who has already lived there, as well as the prestigious and ambition of the club. He was immediately beloved by insiders and fans. Coach Repesa, who had previously built the success of Fortitudo Bologna - launching the rising star Marco Belinelli, destined to the NBA - together with the "mentor" of Milan Mačvan, Zoran Savic, wanted him because he perfectly knew the kind of charisma, attitude and team leadership that he could bring. And those qualities were exactly the ones he gave on the court.

And it was exactly what happened on court, with EA7 Emporio Armani that ran a very positive season, winning the Regular Season with a 22-8 record, then defeating Dolomiti Energia Trento in the Quarterfinals for 3-0, Umana Reyer Venezia in the Semifinals for 4-2 and Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia in the Finals for 4-2 as well... Milan Mačvan gave his best contribution in a so talented team, producing 9.1 points more 4.6 rebounds and 9.9 of evaluation in 21' per game, with very important performances and highlights, with "highs" of 24 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 25 of personal evaluation and +26 of plus/minus. Giving the perfect answers, everytime that coach Repesa called him.

The strength and talent of EA7 Emporio Armani Milan was clearly showed in February, when the team performed greatly at the Final Eight of the Italian National Cup, overcoming also won the Italian National Cup in 2016, overcoming Umana Reyer Venezia by 29 in Vanoli Cremona by in the first two games, then defeating Scandone Avellino by 6 in the Final to hold the Trophy! The second one won in the season by Milan Mačvan, as already happened to him very often...

Unfortunately, things went in a very different way in the Euroleague, where the team didn't reach the qualification to the Top 16, but Mačvan performed 10.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists for 14.0 of personal evaluation in 20' per game, with "highs" of 18 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 28 of personal evaluation... But most of all, he proved to be able to recover after undergoing surgery for hand fracture in November...

The 2016/2017 season saw once more EA7 Emporio Armani Milan to win the Regular Season with a record of 23-7, and everything seemed to be ready to repeat the success also in the Playoffs, but things didn't happen in the same way: the team overcame Orlandina Basket in the first round for 3-1 (after losing Game 1 at home), then surprisingly lost to Aquila Trento in the Semifinals 1-4, despite Milan Mačvan's 10.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 11.6 of evaluation in 22' per game.

The Euroleague season was negative for EA7 Emporio Armani, with an 8-22 record in the Regular Season that didn't allow the qualification to the Top 16, and Mačvan produced 8.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 10.0 of evaluation in 22' per game.

Anyway, coach Repesa's team repeated the success in the Italian National Cup, even if suffering a lot... The winning shot scored by Milan Mačvan pushed EA7 to win the Quarterfinals over Nuovo Basket Brindisi for 77-75, then it came an 87-84 win over Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia, and finally, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan won the Final by 10, 84-74, over Dinamo Sassari. As the third trophy conquered by Milan Mačvan playing in Italy.
